Poetry~ The Little Sparrow~

  Im sitting here at the desk writing, but I was distracted as I turned to look out my bedroom picture window and there sitting on one of the tree branches was little bird.   I stopped what I was doing to take in the creation that was before my eyes, as I’m sitting here my fibro pain is off the charts and I want to burst into tears. I know that if God can look down on the little sparrows and cloth them and feed them and care for them, even more so does he love and care for us! I know all of you are on this journey of constant pain, my heartbreaks for each one of you! If only you knew the tears, I cry for you. So im in a poetry mood I guess I was inspired! I hope this encourages you; this is what the Lord put on my heart.                                           ...

The Big Decision~

  Hello beautiful IC Family, this will be a quick and brief entry. In a way personal update, well more so about my husband and a big decision we are making. After 2 years of struggling to decide if he would go through with it, he has decided to have gastric sleeve, which is form of weight loss surgery. This is something we have spent extensive time researching and praying about this. He calls the doctor first thing Monday morning to make the official appointment for his consultation, and then we go from there.     This is a huge life-changing journey he embarking on, were exited, and a little nervous too. I wanted to share this in my IC blog, because not only I wanted the support and prayers for my husband, but also how it will affect me.   How his eating habits could affect my IC, not in a bad way, but finding out what maybe he might have to eat, that I will not be able to eat, or something I start eating, might help improve my ic.   This is a new chap...

Personal Update~

  How are my readers doing today? I hope your pain levels are low. I am sending a great big hug to you all, and many prayers for each of your circumstances .Last Tuesday I had my 4 th bladder surgery, and im finally starting to feel more myself, though still very tired for the most part of recouped from the procedure. So this entry will just be a quick personal update and then later this week I will write another entry for you all.     I usually have these procedures done every 4-6 months, but because we were staying with friends for a couple of month’s I had to put off from having it Sept of last year 2014 to March 2015. I usually get 1 to 2 months of relief after each procedure so that’s my hope is that I get relief from this time around too. I usually have the hydrotension, cystoscopy   done, this time he also dilated my bladder and urethra.     The procedure itself does not take that long, usually between 25-40 minutes.   Then im in recov...
