HeartFelt Encourgment~Bearing Each Others Pain~

How is my IC family holding up? I know that we are in the month of September, IC Awareness month. Tonight’s topic is something each one of us need on a daily basis, and that is encouragement. I know there are many out there who are really struggling on some level, not just the Pain of IC which is a given, but financially emotionally, and others who do not have supportive family network behind them, or very judgmental friends!
Our bodies feel like that they are breaking down, mine does. We want to cry out, we get angry, we get frustrated and we feel overwhelmed al at once, all the while we are trying to hold it together for our children, our spouses, or friends and family. Well we cannot always be strong, a nd that’s the reason ffor this entry to encourage you. Your health is declining, you can’t work any longer, or your struggling to keep working .Each of us  have different circumstances in our lives, but we all know the fight, we all are fighting this war.
I want my gift to you is to encourage you on this journey. I’m in it with you, even if miles separate us! There are many of you, I do not even know, but I pray for those who read my blog, I pray for your families. Every time I write an entry in my blog, I pray before I write, that God will give me the words to encourage you. I get weary just as if you know you feel pressed down and worn out on so many levels!
Its hard each day to wake knowing the pain is still there. More doctors, some of which aren’t compassionate or understanding, its tough, I know! My prayer is each time I get encouraged I can pass it on to you, each time I read a encouraging article I can pass it on. I truly care about you!
I do all I can, when I can to step out of my circumstances. All it takes is a few encouraging words to, make someone’s day a little brighter; to reassure them they are not alone, a small note in the mail. We live in a technology society, where    real letter writing and cards are outdated to some, but nothing means more than a tangible card you can reread repeatedly. That someone took time out of their busy schedules to write you a short note and make it heartfelt! Even in their own pain, they reached out to you!
I cannot tell you how many times when ive been down and out phsycially or emotionally or both, that a heartfelt card arrived in the mail. A letter from a ic sister, words can’t express how my heartfelt at that moment. How a small simple act of kindness can touch a person’s soul, and restore the glimmer of hope they need! encouragement, such a lost art for some,  everyone needs it, no one is so strong, even if they put on that front, we all need encouragement! Knowing we have those people in our corner, like balcony people, cheering us on, saying “I believe in you”” I know you’re going to get through this””how can I help”
Think of times you have been down and out, and all u can do is cry, your pillow is soaked with your tears, and then that card arrives when you go out to your mailbox. How did that make you feel? Now extend that same kindness to others! The feeling you get when you reach out is indescribable! When I encourage I feel blessed! I am able to take my mind off me, bear your burdens, and feel your pain! We are a family! In addition, what a family should be a family who encourages each other on a daily basis! I promise what you give out will come back tenfold!
So be blessed and keep the faith! Your not ALONE! Please email me NatalieMacangel@gmail.com or message me here on my blog, id love to pray for you, and encourage you personally! Look in the mirrior and say iam worth the fight! WE will see a CURE! Until then we keep pressing on, sharing in each others struggles and getting the word out there to all who are listening!
